Join our experienced Level 4 Coaches on 10 ice sessions that are specifically designed to strengthen your player's skills needed to make a good impression for the 2024-2025 Try Out Season.
Each small group sessions targets: balance, speed, power, core strength, agility, shooting, positioning, and more!
Spring Pre-Try Out Camp includes a jersey.
ADHL Hockey Pre-Try Out Camp
ADHL Hockey is excited to announce its annual Spring Tryout Prep Camp. This year, ADHL Hockey will be offering a Spring Weekender Prep Camp.
Purpose
The ADHL Hockey Pre-Try Out Camp is designed to provide players with exposure to high level drills and concepts while developing better hockey IQ in preparation for the 2024-2025 Travel Hockey Try Outs.
Ages
TWO COMBINED AGE GROUPS:
Group 1: 8U/10U/12U (Birth Years 2012 - 2017)
Group 2: 14U/16U/18U (Birth Years 2006 - 2011)
When
The Pre-Try Out Camp will run every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays ONLY) from April 13 – May 12.
